Problem Statement
As parents, raising children can be a complex journey filled with questions and uncertainties. From pregnancy to adolescence, parents constantly seek reliable guidance and support. However, the vast amount of information online can be overwhelming, making it hard to find trustworthy resources tailored to individual needs. This can make it challenging for parents to identify their child's developmental milestones, access relevant advice, and connect with a supportive community.
Goal
Design Process
Research & Analysis:
Conducted market research to understand parenting challenges, trends, and existing online communities.
Conducted User Interviews from sets of parents with varying groups of children i.e. expecting parents, first time parents, parents of preschoolers, parents of school going kids and parents with teenage kids.
Analyzed user demographics, behaviors, and pain points related to parenting and child care for each group.
Reviewed similar apps and platforms to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Established goals:
Create a supportive platform for parents to connect with experts, manage child-related tasks, and access valuable content.
User Personas:
Developed user personas based on research.
Information Architecture:
Created a User Journey to organize app structure, ensuring easy navigation.
Defined main sections: Home, Chat with Experts, Expenses Tracker, Important Dates, Content Hub, Profile, with intuitive pathways between them.

Wireframing & Prototyping:
Sketched low-fidelity wireframes to map out key screens and user interactions.
Iteratively refined wireframes based on feedback, focusing on simplicity and ease of use.
Developed high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma.
